Digital skills are a critical success factor for companies of all sizes. Our blended learning program Digital Fitness for Decision Makers is aimed at executives of small and medium-sized companies.
We developed it to provide an overview of the most important concepts, developments, and technologies of digitalization. Topics include digital strategies and business models, the importance of data, fundamentals of AI, an introduction to cloud computing, and use cases. We also shed light on how digitalization can increase employee productivity, intensify customer relationships, optimize business processes, and transform products.
The carefully compiled program, the clearly structured content and the many live events with industry experts offer orientation as well as suggestions on how decision makers can increase competitiveness, strengthen innovative power and open up new business areas for their companies.
The 6-week blended learning program consists of online learning content and live sessions with industry experts. Each week we approach the topic of digitalization from a different perspective, talking about digital strategies and platforms, the importance of data and AI, digital transformation, and digital infrastructure. In week 5, you can choose from four focus topics that highlight digital transformation for employees, customers, business processes and products.
