Target group & Prior Knowledge
This training is designed for everyone who regularly works on projects, develops ideas, or structures concepts. It is particularly aimed at project managers, specialists, internal consultants, and employees in innovation, organizational, and process departments.
A basic understanding of AI and initial experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) are recommended. If these fundamentals are not yet in place, preparatory introductory AI courses are an ideal starting point.
